Altered states

I used County Wars NA blank by Gulag285 as a base map. I didn't show Alaska because his was at such a small scale. This shows many of the states that have been proposed at one time or another. Boundaries are actual proposed boundaries as far as I could duplicate them, with the exception of Hazard, which should run on west to the Western Illinois border. I also went with the boring names these proposals used, with the exception of calling "West New York" "Erie" to get away from using three names for the state name. (There are MUCH better names available, folks!)
